I am having issues I believe with time zones. My iOS device and the app seem to be in the correct time zone for my area but the videos I see online and while looking at my previous videos from the day are off by one hour. How can I correct that? I live in an area that exceptionally does not follow DST.
Hi @C3mtl! As long as your mobile device geo-location settings are accurate, as is the location for the Ring device in your Ring app, and you are not travelling currently, the time should show for your location time zone. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device.
