Is the floodlight camera supposed to swivel up and down even when the collar is tightened all the way? I’ve tightened the collar as much as possible (without stripping the screw), but I can still move the camera up and down with a little force — much easier to do this than I expected. Please see link for a video showing this.
Hi there, @mtsitzer! Check out the first video in this Floodlight Camera installation help center article. At the 00:20 second mark of the video there will be a step for loosing the collar. As you mentioned tightening the screw that is around the collar, that is a great step, but please also check the collar tightening component as show there. I hope this helps!
