This crashes after 2 years

Understand that when you fork over $250 for the ring pro, you will be right back where you started because the electronics crash after only 2 years. You will spend 6 hours with customer service though before they offer you 35% rebate to buy another one. I purchased this in 2017. No electronic device purchased in this time period should only have a 2 year lifespan. Ludicrous.
