This action cannot be completed on the device

When I try to manage the neighbors feed get the message "this action cannot be completed on the device". And the feed is showing my address but my (shared) daughter's neighborhood. All been fine for 2 years

Hi @user67736. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone. Before uninstalling, verify your [phone is compatible with the latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App), or else you will not be able to reinstall the Ring app. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance.
