I cannot communicate through my ring doorbell 2. Both the speaker and microphone are active
Hey @Dmgove35. When you go into the Live View, do you ensure you press the green phone icon to accept the call? From there, you will need to make sure the microphone and speaker are unmuted. If you cannot hear the person and they cannot hear you, try talking into either the top or bottom microphone on your phone to see if you can be picked up on the other side of the Doorbell. In the event this still fails, please try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone and then reinstalling the Ring app. Once reinstalled and logged back in, try to active the Live View with your bluetooth disabled, and let me know how this goes!
