The second person on the account

We have the ring three, I set it up on my wife’s phone, and then requested access on my phone, but on dashboard I do not see our front and back porch, we have two ring Video doorbells

Hi @Joeyd2. I would first make sure that you have access to all these devices as a Shared User. Next, once you are granted access, check to make sure they are on the same Location. If they are on different locations, you have to manage that in your Ring app. This Help Center article here will show you how to manage Locations. I hope this information helps!
