The Ring Win 10 app isn’t sending notifications. Is there a known issue? If so, will a fix be applied soon?

Hi @Mercedes. Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled on your computer? This could be preventing the notifications, or any other anti-virus software that could be blocking pop-up notifications. If this does not seem to fit the case, please remove the Windows app from your computer, restart your computer, and then reinstall the app. From there, log in, and test some notifications to see if they show up on your PC!
