Hi @BT1! If you have a Video Doorbell 2, try removing and reinserting the battery, or removing and reapplying power if it is a Doorbell Pro. If this does not resolve your concern, or you have a classic Doorbell model, perform a reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
