The ring app says I’m connected to my network in the setting but ring says it’s off line

I’ve tried all the suggestions in the links but nothing works to get back online with the video!

Please help!!!

Hi @jbknox. What specific Doorbell model is this? Is the battery fully charged or is this a hardwired Doorbell? Try navigating to the Device Health menu in the Ring app and following the steps to reconnect to your WiFi network. You can also find your device RSSI in that same menu.
