Ring has made the use of Ring devices so clumsy with delayed responsiveness by killing its app. The “new” webiste UI for Ring is primitive compared to what the app used to provide. I hope Ring hears from its customers about the negative impact of its really dumb decision. I’m going to explore similar products from Ring competitors.
