Text verification issues

Hi all, my wife’s just changed her mobile number and changing it with everyone. Changed it on the ring app and they sent her verification code to her old number which she has no access to!
She can’t access anything on the ring app and the call centre is shut - can anyone help her get everything back to normal with her new number?

Hi @Jaconn. If your wife’s number changed and she’s receiving the verification code for sign-in at her old phone number, you’ll want to have her contact support regarding her account.
