Terrible video doorbell

I can rarely connected to “live” view and every time I get a notification it won’t connect and then later shows as “unidentified motion”. We have a brand new router (covers 5000 sq ft, our home is 2600 sq ft). At this point there is no point to have this doorbell. It’s literally doing nothing for the security of my home because it hardly ever works.
