Terrible Night Vision

My Ring has gone off multiple times tonight and when I check, I can’t see anything because the night vision is so terrible. I’ve toggled on and off the color night vision and that didn’t change a single thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’ve added a screenshot so you can see how terrible.

Hi @user36267. That’s not how the view from your Video Doorbell at night should look. First, try a quick reboot of your Doorbell in the Ring app. Navigate to the Device Health page, scroll to the bottom, and tap on “Reboot This Device”. The reboot will take a few minutes. Test out the Live View at night again to see if the discoloration has been resolved.

If that didn’t work, you can complete a full reset of your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Doorbell back up by following the steps under Set Up a Device. If the color is still off after these troubleshooting steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. @user36267 Is this only at night and the image is ok during the day? If so obviously try rebooting etc but I think you need to log a support call as this does look like it is a fault.
