Terrible live connectivity in 2 locations

I have 2 front door cams. One at my parents and one at my own own house. Both locations have extremely good broadband speed and WiFi connectivity as testified by online gaming and streaming as far away as the back gardens. Ring has always been hit and miss since we got the products (there are 4 in total at 2 locations). But now answering the doorbell and watching a live feed is impossible. I’d never recommend ring to anybody. Were paying for a service we simply aren’t getting! The cheap Chinese cameras my father in law has work flawlessly and puts mine to shame (a fact he has great delight in telling me). What are you going to do about it ring? And please don’t mention the RSSI thing in your reply. It isn’t that, you’re selling a duff product!

Hi @user40290. The RSSI number that is displayed on the Device Health screen helps to determine whether or not the Doorbell is receiving a strong wifi signal. It’s important to have sufficient internet speeds, but it’s also necessary for your Doorbell to have a strong signal for optimal performance. With a weak or unstable signal, you’re more likely to experience delays in loading the Live View.

Additionally, you’ll want to make sure your phone has a good connection either through wifi or mobile data.
