I am the land lord and own the camera and scan code. Our tenant moved with out deactivating the camera . Can I reset it in my account?
Hi @user31456. You’ll have to reach out to your tenant and ask them to remove the device from their Ring app. This Help Center article here has more information on transferring ownership.
