Technical issues

Since I purchased the service I always have technical issues. Cameras takes long time to work also there is a delay in the notification.
When I had the free trial everything was perfect which made me purchased a new plan.
What’s the use of it if it will give me a one minute late notification after the door opens .
It was a big mistake going with Ring, but for sure I’m changing to another company.
