no help in the tech support. been on 2 separate calls for over 30 minutes each. one kept saying that they need better pictures of the device in order to deem it replaceable. so, i got the camera down, took some pictures and called them back. second tech kept having me press and hold the setup button, over and over and over again. for roughly 30 minutes. finally, i say that there must be something else we can do cause this is obviously not working. now the tech is saying the battery needs to charge and we can try again tomorrow. i guess i’ll have to update this post tomorrow. posting on 01/19/2024 at 1800 PST.
