Switching iPhones on account ownership
I recently got a new iPhone and I am attempting to put Ring on the new phone. I removed the device from my old iPhone to release ownership as instructed through Ring’s website. It continues to say that it is still owned by another device. Can I please have clarification on how I can install it on my new iPhone.?

If you are unable to log into the old account to regain ownership of the device, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
