Switching accounts

Me and my ex are selling our home and currently share a ring door bell account under HIS EMAIL ADDRESS.The yearly subscription is due to renew, and I said that I would like to keep it going as I am still living at our house (he has moved back in with his parents)When the expiry happens, I will set up a new account with MY EMAIL with my same ring door bell.When my ex’s account expires, would he still be able to access the ring door bell through HIS ACCOUNT? But only be able to see who is at the door at the present time? Or can the ring door bell only access ONE account?Please help! Thank you x
