Simple issue. I’m trying to get 2 security screws for a recently purchased stickup camera. I’ve called twice, once to So Africa and today to the Philippines . First time I got 3 regular installation screws, and this time I"m told I will be getting a screw driver,( security screws not included), specified. It seems like such a simple request, and so easy to fulfill. The needless time and administrative costs, unbelievable. I was planning to add security products to my residence. Not after these experiences with Ring customer service.
Any ideas from the community?
