Suddenly all motion triggers person detection

Within the last 2 weeks, now a car driving by gives a person detected message and recording on my doorbell cam. It used to be good at distinguishing a person from other objects, but now all motion is seen as a person. The camera was installed 18 months ago, and the lens is clean. I’m left wondering why the sudden loss of smart detection? Anybody else notice this recently?

Hi @Jabber. I recommend making sure your Smart Alerts are enabled. Also, try decreasing your Motion Sensitivity. Lastly, reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
