Sudden very excessive alerts

Hi,

Today I’ve been having very excessive amounts of alerts that a person has been detected (there is no person) I’ve had 18+ alerts in the space of a few hours, I haven’t changed my settings and this wasn’t happening before.

I have restarted my phone and uninstalled the app and re-installed.

I don’t want to turn my motion detection down as I was happy with it before. Any ideas a fix?

Hi @user78966. Try checking the area in your Doorbell’s view to see if anything in the environment has changed that may be triggering the motion detection. I’d also recommend toggling Person Detection off under the Smart Alerts settings, then toggling it back on.
