Why can’t I subscribe to ring protect it keeps saying only the owner ca do this but I am the owner
Hi @user40226. First, check to make sure that you are logged in using the same email as the email that was used to setup the device. Next, login to Ring.com and navigate to the Ring Protect Plans menu. If you are still unable to get this sorted, you can reach out to our support team.
