Hi @user60686. If you received a replacement device for a warranty claim, your subscription should automatically transfer over. If this is just a new device that you’ve purchased, then you’ll need to cancel your old Ring Protect Plan and subscribe to a new one. You’ll receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time used, which make take a few days for you to receive depending on your financial institution.
