Subscription Required to view this video

What do I need to do with this?

I didn’t install my video cam until now after purchasing a couple of months ago.

I am getting this “Subscription Required to view this video” message and can’t review recorded video

Hi @Heroblade! It sounds like you are attempting to view a recording from your event history. If you are currently subscribed to a plan this should be working, however, if you do not have an active Protect Plan subscription the recordings are not saved. If you are looking to save your recording for later review, check out our Protect Plans at :slight_smile:
