Very frustrated, the devices worked great until the trial period ran out yesterday. Today alerts every 30 seconds on leaves blowing, flag waiving, birds flying by… talked to customer service and only option is to sign up for subscription that I didn’t want to enable smart alerts to avoid all of the nonsense alerts. I feel its a bit of bait and switch, sell them a product, tell them no subscription is required, then make the product non effective unless they buy a subscription. feeling fooled.
