Ok, new customer here. We have had two products for the free trial time. Paid for subscription and without notice, 2 weeks later, we are now not having anything saved!
Bank shows that we’ve paid, but subscription appears to be a waste of money!
Any ideas what is going on???
Hi @Rex1. If your Ring devices are online and not recording even though you are subscribed to a Ring Protect Plan, it is best to give our support team a call to further investigate. Thanks, I did phone customer support. Subscription was paid, but someone at ring cancelled the subscription for some unknown and bizarre reason!
