Hi, my free subscription has run out, I had a notification during the night, if I sign up now will I be able to view pass notifications?
Hey @Mrshengy85. Whenever there is a lapse in coverage with a subscription plan, all previously recorded videos are removed and irretrievable. You will need to ensure you do not have a lapse in your coverage to ensure all old videos will be saved for the allowed time frame videos are stored (30-60 days depending on your region).
