Subscribe without product

Hi. I want to subscribe to the basic plan and get the 10% discount on the purchases. Is it possible to subscribe without having devices bought? I can’t seem to do that on website or iOS app. Thanks

Hi @IrishSimon. You will need a Ring device set up on your account in order to purchase a Ring Protect plan. If you don’t have a device set up yet, you won’t be able to subscribe to a plan. I hope that helps answer your questions.
