I have a shared floodlight camera and when the shared camera is tapped on the app it immediately goes to landscape view and the only way to get out is to go home and then go back into the app. Is this a bug in the app?
Hey there, @sgesualdi! To improve your video viewing experience, I recommend to enable the Portrait Orientation Lock at all times, on your mobile device. If this concern persists, it may be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall your app and see if that resolves it too!
