Stickup Camera keeps going offline

We continue to have to reboot one of our stick up cameras. Overview shows good battery RSSI -65, and is up to date. every day it will randomly go offline and I have to pull the battery to reboot it. then it works fine for a while.. about a day. Any Ideas

Hi @Quadragin. Try the following steps to try and fix your concern: - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).
