My stickup cam has lost wifi connection for some reason. It was working just fine. Nothing has changed. In fact I have another wired stickup cam about the same distance from the router and it setup without an issue. I rebooted the router without success. I have tried the setup sequence several times with the same results, it will NOT have my wifi network listed in the setup. The cam is only about 20 feet from the router with NO walls in between.
What to try??
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Stevenas530. I recommend that you reset your Stick Up Cam and then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi. You may need to manually enter your WiFi information. Let me know if this helps!
I have the same issue eith a fesh out of the box stickup cam. Attempted to use the QR code and it will not connect to home wifi or ring chimes. Reset router, reset cam pushing button near battery for 30 seconds with battery in snd battery out, but unable to connect. Tried manual connection, same result. Need some guidance as this is turning into the classical definition of insanity, accomplishing same process and expecting different results. Help please.
Hi @user25806. Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps to fix your concern. Apart from what’s already been mentioned in the thread for steps to try, you can also try completing your setup using a different phone or tablet. When doing so, make sure you log into the same account you created on the original phone. I would recommend verifying that you are using the correct wifi password as well. This Help Center article will provide additional steps you can try.
