Stickup cam won't charge; port damaged?

I’m moving my stickup cam to new house. I charged it and it seemed to work fine at old house.

After bringing to new house, plugged in to refresh charge. However micro cord did not seem to be making a connection; it seemed a bit wobbly. Light would not stay on nor would it flash even after a “hard” reset. And, tried a different micro cord.

Could the port be damaged? Where would I get this serviced. if needed?

Using a different charging cord, I was able to get it running again. I guess the orange

one is toast.
