My Stickup Cam is not recording any movement. Even when someone approaches it. It only records live views. Why is that and how can I fix it?
Hey @The6ix. Do you have any motion events in your history for this device, or just the Live View? If you have no motion events, please try resetting the device by pressing and holding the set up button for 30 seconds, and then trying to trigger it record a motion event by being in front of it. In the event that this continues to fail, let me know what your Modes settings are for this device (ensure you don’t have motion detection disabled through Modes), what your motion settings are set up as, and what version of the Stick Up Cam you have.
