Stickup Cam Plug-in (3gen) is showing critically low battery immediately after installing

New Stickup Cam Plug-In, showing critically low battery, unable to view live . Professionally installed by electrician (2) days ago.

Stickup cam, plug in….WIRED ONLY, NO BATTERY!
(for those who are replying , charge the battery, what F’in battery)…

It’s been 3 days since the camera was installed. This started immediately. Also, as i said in the OP…It’s a wired stickup cam, no battery to charge.

Hi @user197708. You can try resetting your Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set your Stick Up Cam back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
