Stickup cam not live viewing

I’m having trouble connecting to my stick up cam mounted in my yard via live view. The device shows a clean bill of health , and connected to my wireless network. But when I try to initiate a live view , it doesn’t load. The last image is from a month ago so motion alerts aren’t registering either.

Hi @user12456. When you attempt the Live View, are you on WiFi or Cellular Data? Do you have the same issue with Live View from Ring.com? What type of phone are you using and is there an active VPN? Start by ensuring that your battery is fully charged and then attempt a Live View from your phone and then Ring.com.
