Stickup Cam Gen 3 reconnect issues

Have a few ring stick up cameras at a remote location. Recently had wifi issues and wifi was down for about 1 week. Got the wifi issue resolved today and the other wirless devices came back online but not the ring cameras. Is there anything I can do remotely to have them reconnect? Does it take some amount of time for them to “wake up” after being disconnected for that amount of time?

Good question, @tatkins100! Often times when your network goes down and returns to operation, your Ring devices should automatically reconnect. There are times when they may not connect due to various factors such as signal strength, power, interference, and more. If you are able to remotely power cycle your Camera (turning off power, then back on) or reset your router again. The only other way to reconnect your Ring device is by following the steps in this help center article.
