Hi guys. I have a stickup cam elite that is hard wired via POE and it has lost connection. I can pinch the cameras in address, I have rebooted the router as well as powered off the Poe injector.
this has happened a few times but the only way to fix it is by pressing the orange button. The issue is that the camera is not in an easy place to keep having to reset the connection
the router gives out a static IP to the camera and when I reboot the device I can’t ping it so I know the IP address is correct.
I also have an issue with the snapshots not uploading but I think that is a secondary issue.
anyone got any ideas?
