I have a Stick Up Cam - battery operated. The Android phone app reports battery health, however the Windows app seems to treat it as a powered device and doesn’t report battery
Hi @tl111. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what the battery level is displaying for both the mobile and desktop versions of the Ring App? I’d be happy to take a look, just make sure to block out any personal information such as the MAC ID or wifi network name.
Screenshot from Windows attached - somehow the Battery level is now being shown in device health, just not on Devices, like it is with Door Cam.
