Stick up cams will not connect to the internet

Everything else in my house is connected to internet but 2 stick up cams say problem with wi-fi

Hey @Jbou77! Please be sure you are connecting to the 2.4 Ghz frequency rather than the 5Ghz. Additionally, feel free to set these up in your home near the router, and then mount them afterwards.

But these stick up cams worked fine since November - what would be different now and all of a sudden.
Everything else is connected just fone to the high speed AT&T internet.

Experiencing same issue. Had stick up cam working for ~10 months. Since last week it appear offline. When I try to re-install it, it fails with “can’t connect to internet warning”.

Other ring cams are working fine.
