I’ve got 12 stickup cams and 2 of them just won’t work with solar panels. All the others seem fine so far but these 2 seemed to work ok then the batteries just started draining. The panels are clean . I tried out one of the panels on a spotlight can also and it didn’t work on that cam either! How can I test the panels and does the spotlight cam need another type of panel? Support on fault diagnostics for the whole range of products is not good!!
Hi @user15142. First, ensure that your Solar Panel is fully seated in the port of your Camera. Once you hear it “click” into place, it should change its power status. You can also perform a reset on the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing.
