Why will my stick up cam no longer show up on demand on my iPhone even after starting over with it and reprogramming it as a new device several times? I can only view the cam when it pops up that there motion in front of that stick up cam. I can’t view the cam when I want to randomly . This suddenly happen after I recharged the battery over 2 months ago
Hi @Jlesource. Could you please attach a screenshot of what your Ring app says when you attempt to load the Live View? Additionally, does this only happen when you are away, or also when you are home? Hope to hear back soon!
