Have multiple ring cams. Lost power today. Now one stick up electric powered camera won’t reconnect. I followed all suggestions. I even deleted the camera and tried to reinstall. It still won’t reconnect
Hi @Burnskan. If you haven’t already, please try fully resetting your Stick Up Cam and then setting it back up. A reset can typically resolve concerns like this and is a good troubleshooting step to try.
Ensure the battery is fully charged and inserted into the Stick Up Cam before attempting to reset it.
Hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
After the reset is complete, set the Stick Up Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device.
This should allow you to complete the setup process and reconnect the Stick Up Cam to the wifi.
