Stick up cam won’t reconnect

Have multiple ring cams. Lost power today. Now one stick up electric powered camera won’t reconnect. I followed all suggestions. I even deleted the camera and tried to reinstall. It still won’t reconnect

Hi @Burnskan. If you haven’t already, please try fully resetting your Stick Up Cam and then setting it back up. A reset can typically resolve concerns like this and is a good troubleshooting step to try.

  • Ensure the battery is fully charged and inserted into the Stick Up Cam before attempting to reset it.

  • Hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.

  • After the reset is complete, set the Stick Up Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device.

This should allow you to complete the setup process and reconnect the Stick Up Cam to the wifi.
