Stick up Cam - wifi disconnects

Hi,

I have recently bought Ring Stick Up Cam. I have trouble with the Wifi connection., It always disconnects after an successfully setup, message : “Stick up cam is ready for use”.

I have tried guest network, 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network, mac address to the product. I have also uninstalled and installed the app several times.

I dont think my wifi network is overloaded. Other products I have works fine .

Firmware is up to date. Sometimes after setup I get a message where it says: “Updating its internal software”, and wait 15 minutes. It is still disconnected after 15 minutes.

Hi @Blobb. I would try connecting your Stick-Up Cam to a wifi hotspot. This will let you know if there is an issue with your network. If you are able to connect and the Stick-Up Cam is able to complete the update, you can try changing the wifi network under the Device Health menu.
