stick up cam setup problem

i have try to connect the stick up cam to the wifi but it keep saying that it too far from router eventhough im next to the router. and the light kept flashing green. im already check the internet setting and everything working fine. all my other ring products( door bell,chime ) still working good with the current wifi.
