Stick Up Cam saying incorrect password

My battery operated stick up cam won’t connect to the WiFi anymore. It is saying that the WiFi password is incorrect, but it isn’t and I’ve triple checked it on the mifi box.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Hi @ldorow. There is a few things that you can try to resolve this. First, you’ll want to reset your device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Next, reset your internet modem by unplugging it for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in. Now you can retry connecting your device to the internet. When prompted, be sure to manually enter in your wifi information instead of selecting the auto-populated text. I hope this helps!
