my stick up cap is not recording or showing live view when i take the battery out and put it back on the blue light stops on for a few seconds then goes
Hey @haylz22. Could you try pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds and then reconnecting the device? To reconnect the device, you will go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Stick Up Cam > Device Health > Reconnect/Change Wifi Network. If you’re unable to reconnect the device this way, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
