Stick-Up Cam Not Recognizing Wired
Hi, I just noticed earlier today that one of my two stick-up cameras had a symbol signifying that it was not connected to power. It has a battery in it and it is also wired. It's not recognizing that it is wired even though it is at a constant 100%. I tried troubleshooting it by switching it to Battery Mode and then attempting to switch it back to Wired Mode but it won't allow me to do so since it is not recognizing it is plugged it. Other than that so far the camera is working.

I have been having an ongoing issue with my Ring stickup cameras that began in April 2023. There is an error message that says it is not connected to a power source. One camera is mounted inside and is connected to an electrical outlet., the other stickup camera is mounted outside and connected to a solar panel. To troubleshoot this issue, I have deleted and re-installed the apps several times, purchased a new power cord, and a new battery, used other outlets, and used batteries and cords from cameras that do that have the same issue. I have also logged into my account using other Android and Apple phones. I have also provided numerous screenshots showing the error message. Last week the cameras started to indicate they were disconnected from the net, but restart again. Although all cameras are connected to the same network, only these two have the problem at the exact same time. I was told the issue was being escalated and I would be contacted in April, here it is August and I am still having the same issue.

Hi, I have same problem. Powered stick up cams sometimes show up in device health as solar powered, add battery. Yet in device settings it says powered. Seems like a glitch in software. Windows 11PC app also appears buggy.
