Hello,
Our stick up camera with battery is looking outside of a window, however does not catch any motions. Our friends use the wired one for the same purpose and keep it inside (like us) but to monitor outside, it works. We are in the same estate and windows and everything are the same. Is there a technical problem with our camera?

The Stick Up Cam isn’t intended to be installed to look directly through a window, as the glass from the window can impact the Camera’s ability to detect motion, especially if the sun rises or sets in the view of this window.
