Hello,
I’m having trouble with the Stick up cam (3d gen).
I can’t get the live feed to load, my wifi connection is strong and I made sure it’s only 2.4Ghz just in case.

I also have the Stick up cam pro and an indoor cam which work without issues.

I have several Stick up cams and none of them load the feed on wifi so it’s not a specific device issue.
I tried connecting them to my phones hotspot and everything works then.

When I try to load the live feed the camera does turn the blue light on.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Mardah. Verifying that the RSSI indicates a strong signal is a good troubleshooting step to start with. I’d also recommend turning off mobile data on your phone and performing a speed test to ensure you’re receiving sufficient download and upload speeds for all your Ring devices.

After checking the above, there are some more advanced steps that require you to access your router and network settings. Make sure the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open, and try changing the wifi channel. If you’re unsure how to access these settings, your internet service provider can help.
